This picture was of course taken after Nolte was arrested for DUI on Sept. 12, 2002.  In a pitiful attempt to upstage Gary Busey, Nolte was swerving his car and drooling at the time.  The truly upsetting thing is that he may have been sober when he put on this shirt.


On a side note, I'd like to think that George W. Bush looked exactly like this when he was arrested for DUI a few years back.

Oh, and in case you were wondering, here's the Playgirl cover he was on.  Notice that he was interviewed in the magazine, and probably did not appear in suggestive pictures (I'm guessing he was embarrassed about the long balls).

 

Wow, check out that aging process.  1979 -1998.  Ouch.
